AIA - Association Insurance Administrators, Inc.

Welcome to Association Insurance Administrators, Inc.

Association Insurance Administrators, Inc. was established in 1977 to provide administrative services to Associations that offer various insurance programs to their members.   It is because of our dedication to excellent customer service that we still administer the very programs that were the foundation of our agency.

As an independent insurance agency, we also offer non-association insurance products. We have access to more than one insurer for the professions we insure.  We strive to represent experienced, financially stable companies. And, we pride ourselves in treating our clients and prospective clients with the courteous attention and excellent service they deserve.

We have been assisting insurance agencies, independent insurance adjusters and real estate agencies with their Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Insurance needs for over 32 years.   We are able to offer this insurance to clients in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia and Maryland.

Whether you feel it is time to compare your Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Insurance, or are just looking into this coverage, we are here to lend a hand.

In addition, we offer Long Term Care Insurance to individuals, businesses and affinity groups.  Many clients have found our one-stop-shop capabilities educational and time saving.  We are able to provide proposals for this protection in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
